Technical Services
We guide our clients through the entire product development cycle, from proof of concept, to pilot plants, all the way through to scale up and factory build-out. We have the experience and expertise to help clients bring their food, beverage, cannabis, pharmaceutical, or nutraceutical products to market.
Research and Development
Senti Solutions has many years of innovative research and development experience under our belt. Over the years we have developed extensive R&D capabilities alongside our network of research partners including academic institutions and analytical labs.
Contract R&D with Senti Solutions allows clients to have confidence in processes prior to scale-up, achieve affordable pilot-scale proof of concept testing, or demonstrate the effectiveness of proposed solutions. We believe that a robust research and development process is critical for the success of any project.
Pressure Vessel Manufacturing
Senti Solutions is a TSSA Certified fabrication shop for manufacture of stainless steel CRN Vessels in Ontario and Canada-wide. We offer pre-certified vessels in a range of sizes, and can also assist in the design and registration of custom tanks.
Contract Manufacturing
Our extensive experience designing and manufacturing our own equipment gives us the necessary skills to help equipment manufacturers scale up their production. If your company has a proven fluid system, tank, or other stainless steel equipment that requires third party manufacturing, Senti Solutions can help.
Contract manufacturing services include but are not limited to:

In addition, our manufacturing capacity allows us to build equipment in accordance with cGMP, ASME/TSSA/CRN, and Explosion proof/Hazardous location requirements.
