We use a combination of automatic orbital welding and manual tig welding to create full sanitary welds.

Process piping is the backbone of any industrial facility, carrying fluids, gases, and slurries through critical stages of production. At Senti Solutions, we design and fabricate CRN and ASME-certified piping systems that ensure safety, compliance, and maximum efficiency. Whether you operate in food and beverage, agri-processing, critical minerals, or pharmaceuticals, our customized approach delivers optimized flow, precise temperature control, and robust durability. From concept to commissioning, we help you streamline operations, reduce downtime, and meet stringent regulatory requirements.

Piping system designed for a number of individual modules in a production line. The isolation valves allow for easy service and replacement of equipment without interrupting other processes in the line.

Key Benefits & Differentiators

Steam, hot oil, and other process piping is a critical aspect of industrial operations, where every weld and bend can impact safety, efficiency, and compliance. At Senti Solutions, we take a holistic approach merging rigorous engineering with top-quality materials and a thorough understanding of your industry’s demands. By focusing on CRN, ASME, and other essential standards, our piping solutions withstand harsh conditions while optimizing flow and reducing costly downtime. Below are the core advantages that set our offerings apart

  • Regulatory Compliance
Our process piping meets CRN, ASME, and other relevant standards for assured safety and quality.
  • Efficiency & Throughput
Well-designed piping layouts and material choices help minimize flow disruptions and bottlenecks.
  • End-to-End Expertise
Comprehensive services from initial design to installation, inspection, and piping registration — supported by a multidisciplinary team.
  • Custom Engineering
Every project is tailored to your industry, process specifications, and facility layout.
  • Durable Materials & Workmanship
Canadian-made piping systems that withstand high pressure, temperature, and corrosive media.
Insulation is a critical consideration in the design and installation of piping systems. Process piping is frequently insulated to improve process efficiency and for safety. The piping system pictured above is clad in PVC for cleanability, which is a requirement for laboratory and other sanitary applications.

How It Works

At Senti Solutions, we follow a proven, detail-oriented process to deliver safe, efficient, and fully compliant piping systems. From initial assessment to final CRN registration, each phase is executed with precision and transparency to ensure your operation meets regulatory standards and performs at its best.

  1. Initial Assessment
Our process begins with a thorough needs assessment. We evaluate your operation’s throughput goals, chemical/physical properties of the media, temperature and pressure requirements, and layout constraints.
  2. Design
Next, our engineers propose a piping design that ensures regulatory compliance, optimal flow, minimal energy usage, and seamless compatibility with existing equipment. All components are evaluated for proper material composition, thickness, and the presence of applicable CRNs to ensure regulatory compliance.
  3. Fabrication
Fabrication then commences either fully on-site, or components - such as manifolds - are pre-fabricated in our Canadian facility. All welds are performed using pre-approved weld procedures by qualified welders, under a strict quality management system. Once completed, we conduct final inspections, including visual inspection, borescoping where necessary, and a hydrostatic test to verify structural integrity and performance.
  4. Inspection and Registration
Upon passing inspection, the piping system ITP is completed and it receives its registration/CRN. This ensures that installations are compliant with safety regulations in Canada in the scope of pressure safety.

Increase efficiency with improved process piping

Is your facility due for an upgrade or expansion to its steam, hot oil, or other process piping systems? Dependable, well-designed piping is crucial for any efficient and compliant production line. Let us help you reduce waste, boost throughput, and maintain regulatory standards.
